What’s Included in Our Hire?
10:00 - 16:00 the day before your wedding for set up and decor
09:00 the day of your wedding, through to midnight (or 01:00, if preferred)
We can accommodate up to 130 guests with up to 12 x 6ft round tables (seat up to 10 guests) + banquet top table (seats up to 10 guests).
Rustic oak cross back chairs (new for 2023).
Evening reception for up to 200 guests.
A dedicated and experienced venue coordinator will assist you every step of the way. We offer support through the planning stages, which includes planning meetings and liaising with your chosen suppliers. We also manage behind the scenes and front of house on your wedding day.
Oak cake table and cake knife, 2 easels and gift table.
Licensed bars with friendly and experienced staff, offering a full range of competitively priced draught, bottles, spirits and cocktails, accepting both cash and card payments.
Bluetooth speaker system for background music during your ceremony and meal, plus a microphone for your speeches.
Secure room for use by the couple and/or band.
Polished glassware and service staff, water dispensers and carafes for the tables (inclusive in both beverage and corkage packages).
Four-legged friends are welcome at no additional charge.
Cutlery and linen is not inclusive, and is to be supplied by your chosen caterer or hire company

Please note, for bookings confirmed within 18 months of the wedding date, 20% of the hire fee is required to secure the date
80% (remaining hire fees) |16 weeks prior to your wedding date (non-refundable, non-transferable)
Ceremony Fee, Late License and Beverages/Corkage | 8 weeks prior to your wedding date
